Ed Seay is a native of Houston, Texas. He has served in local church ministry since 1967. He holds degrees from Houston Baptist University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Luther Rice Seminary. Ed has served as the Senior Pastor of Magnolia's First Baptist Church since 1990. He is married to Cindy, who served as the Director of Pregnancy Services for a pro-life ministry until her retirement in 2015. Ed and Cinday have have five children and 20 grandchildren.

Pastor James Polnick felt called into ministry as a teen at youth camp in the hill country of South Texas. James attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. He finished his credentialing process through Global University. He served in multiple ministry positions in the local church for over 20 years before planting LifePoint in 2009.James has also worked very closely with the South Texas District of the Assemblies of God for many years. He has served in many areas including managing kids’ camps, retreats, serving on various committees, working with the youth department, and speaking at district ministry conferences. He has also served as the District Fine Arts Festival coordinator for the past 15 years. On a national level, he has worked over 15 years as part of the National Fine Arts Festival auxiliary staff and serves on the National Fine Arts Festival steering committee. James married Gina May 21, 1994, and they have four children. Pastor James and Gina have a heart to reach the unchurched with the message of the gospel of Christ. Pastor Eric J. Anderson is the founding and Lead Pastor of Global Outreach Community Church. Pastor Anderson was called to preach in 2000 under the leadership of Pastor James C. Carrington Jr. He was licensed in 2001 and later ordained in 2004. He has served as Youth Director, Christian Education Director, Assistant to the Pastor and faithfully served within the Men’s Ministry at Willing Workers Baptist Church. For the past 6 years, Pastor Eric Anderson has served as Metro Director for the Greater Houston Fellowship of Christian Athletes Ministry. He has been with this organization for 12 years serving in various leadership capacities and working with Advisory Leadership Boards across the city. Through his professional assignment, Eric is involved in International Missions. He is able to connect with community leaders, coaches and pastors as a way of ministry and outreach using sports as a key component. He has traveled to the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala City and Mexico to lead ministry initiatives, vision trips, sport trips, reverse trips and training trips. He is also involved in initiatives on racial healing and reconciliation. Recently, Pastor Anderson accepted the position of Southwest Regional International Coordinator working with FCA staff in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and FCA Teammates in 20 Latin America Countries. He is currently in the Master’s Program at Dallas Theological Seminary pursuing a degree in Cross Cultural Ministry. Pastor Anderson is the recipient of the Stan Blinka Award, Minority Achievers Award, and the Rising Eagle Award. Pastor Anderson is married to his lovely wife, Sheryl Anderson. The Anderson’s have two beautiful daughters; Sakinah Cooper and Erin Anderson.

Wade Hopkins has served with FCA for more than 14 years, and previously worked as FCA’s Greater Houston Multi-Area Director. He currently is the VP of Field Ministry where he oversees ministry development and spiritual support for FCA volunteers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
He's also established 10 local area offices and hired 14 field staff to serve the Greater Houston area for the cause.
Hopkins was a standout football player at Southwest Baptist University, and was a two-time All-American. He was inducted into the SBU Sports Hall of Fame in 2000.
After graduating, Hopkins played two seasons with the Winnipeg Bluebombers in the Canadian Football League and spent two years trying to break in with the NFL’s Houston Oilers and New England Patriots. He currently runs competitively and competes in Masters Track.
Hopkins and his wife, Julie, reside in The Woodlands, Texas, with their three daughters, Grace Ann, Bethany Gayle and Bonnie.
